This property is located less than a block from Lincoln Road in South Beach. REID handled market research and purchased the loan taking title through a deed in lieu of foreclosure. We also performed due diligence and managed the closing. Upon acquisition, occupancy was only 52%, and REID managed the lease-up of the building to full occupancy. The stabilized building was sold in 2015.
