Luis Donaldson
Founder, President + Chief Executive Officer
Luis Donaldson founded REID in 2001, focusing primarily on multifamily residential, office, retail, and mixed-use developments. With nearly 40 years of real estate experience gained in South America, Europe, and the United States, Luis has built a total development portfolio in excess of $1B+.
Chance Gordy
Principal + Senior Vice President
Chance Gordy is one of the founding members of REID. He and Luis Donaldson have worked together since 2000. Chance sources and inspects potential investments, researches markets and local building codes, and oversees financial models and capital structures.
Mac Borling
Director of Finance
Mac Borling serves as Director of Finance, a position he’s held since 2012. One of Mac’s primary responsibilities is to analyze real estate acquisitions to determine potential returns and present his findings to investors. In addition, Mac handles the market research and analysis required for the company’s existing projects.
Alex Donaldson
Financial Associate
Alex Donaldson has been a Financial Associate with REID since early 2017. In his role he works on financial analysis including debt & equity structure of new opportunities. This work also includes market research and underwriting analysis.
Prior to joining REID in 2017, Alex worked at Citigroup providing municipal investment banking services to clients in the southeast region for five years.
Alex graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and received his MBA from Columbia University in 2019.
Robert Henry
Director of Operations + Project Manager
In his role as Director of Operations, Rob is responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 1MM square feet of commercial and residential space. His duties include managing the day-to-day operations of all of our Florida assets.
In his role as Project Manager, Rob is a key member of the project team and is the main conduit between developer and contractor. His responsibilities include helping define the project’s goals, analyzing progress reported against the work schedule, and recommending actions to improve progress.
Prior to joining REID in 2009, Rob was a residential contractor who enjoyed renovating a number of residential properties for resale in the Orlando market. Rob received an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia Community College in 1985.
Linda Wolters
Director of Property Management
In her role as Director of Property Management, Linda Wolters supervises the management and maintenance teams in Florida and handles a vast array of financial and operational functions for all of our properties. She also manages leasing for our residential properties and all administrative responsibilities for the company.
