REID managed the acquisition, development, and construction of The Leyton, a 30-story luxury condo building located in the Upper East Side. The building was designed by Manuel Glas Architects and interior design was provided by Frampton Co and Champalimaud Design. The project was delivered in 2021 and REID is currently managing the exit strategy.
